Mr. White has over 43 years of experience, with extensive knowledge of estate matters. His experience includes examining estates for the IRS, and settling large estates as a conferee for the government. Since 1983, his law practice has focused on: estate planning; drafting documents for the preservation and protection of assets; drafting wills, trusts, and disability documents; drafting corporate and tax documents; assisting in the probate and administration of estates; and representation of clients in will and trust litigation.
Mr. White has drafted numerous Family Settlement Agreements to assist in resolving family estate disputes, and has been involved in numerous estate disputes—large and small.
